This place is the ultimate experience for luxury jewelry and watches. The manger, Matthew made our visit to this San Francisco location memorable and certainly has earned a customer for life.

My wife and I decided to visit the high end stores in this area while on our vacation in San Francisco. I have to admit I was a little intimidated at first as I walked through the vaulted doors of harry Winston and they were locked behind us but that feeling faded very quickly as we were approached by Matthew. He was a true gentleman and gave us a tour of all of the wonderful items in the store. The stuff in this place will blow your mind. 3 million dollar yellow flawless diamonds and million dollar diamond earnings. Matthew offered to show these items to my wife knowing that we had no intention (and ability lol) to buy any of these items. I ended up buying something far less expensive for my wife’s birthday but the experience with Matthew was worth the price of admission. He has earned a customer for life and when I decide again to splurge on an item for my wife he will be...

Stars only for the technical staff (Owen), who shared rich knowledge. The sales person I had was totally dishonest: we discussed and agreed on a price in our first few visits before making an order, but she refused to offer that price at the last visit for the pick up with all the funny excuses. She has no Code of Ethics in her business.

Well it was also my fault that I didn't ask her to put the price we agreed on to a contract while I was placing the order (there is no contract until the day I picked up; the trick she played). And honestly as a tech guy, I didn't really care about money before getting married lol. Now I will simply never come back.

So if you were going to make a purchase here, remember that you can ask for 5% discount for their engagement rings (at least) priced over $50k; they will eventually honor it if you insisted.
