I saw the positive reviews online and decided to give them a go. Alberto was very informative and professional and you can tell right away that they have been in this business for a very long time. I had forgotten to remove my rings when i went to the gym one day and it had completely alerted the shape, I also had it resized by a different jeweler in San Diego and the part where the ring was cut started to show after my gym mishap. Alberto soldered by ring, reshaped it to its original round shape and also had them cleaned and polished. I couldn't be happier with the end results. I walked in on Tuesday and went back today (Thursday) to pick it up. I was so happy with the end results and can no longer see the cut where it was resized. A Jade bangle we purchased in Shanghai did not do well when dropped on a tile floor. Two pieces that fit together very well but no one in our town of 490,000 could or would repair it. It had many good memories and it was a sad day. One jeweler said we would have to go to San Francisco about 218 miles away to maybe find someone with the expertise to repair it.
