I am so glad to have found this business. I have been able to get parts, test ride electric skateboards, and ask tons of questions. The guys who work here know so much about esk8 boards and they have patiently answered all my questions. On one of my many visits, I randomly showed up at lunch during the week and asked if they could help me figure out the strange noise from one of my wheels. I didn't even buy this board here and they took off the wheel and belt, and then showed me a big gouge in my pulley. (...well that explains a lot, I says to myself). They advised me on how to request help from the manufacturer which I ultimately did. On other visits I've bought bash guards, and just asked questions about the different brands they sell.

It was only fair to them that I purchased my next esk8 board from them. The gentleman asked me what I liked and didn't like about my current board, chose one of his test boards, and suggested I try it out. Within 3 carves I loved it, but kept riding for another 20 minutes. I'm not naming brands here because they sell all the big names, and support all of them. Let's just say I wouldn't have found my ideal esk8 board without their advice and test rides. Now I have an awesome board that I can't wait to ride every day.

Since then I've come back to test ride some all-terrain esk8 boards. Didn't expect to enjoy them as much as I did. Gives me peace of mind approaching streetcar tracks and driveways with those big pneumatic tires. It's been great to try out so many different setups.

In addition to the e-sk8 boards, they also have a wide selection of electric scooters, as well as e-unicycles, and one-wheels. They seem to be pretty dedicated to the growing trend of micro transportation. They also have another room that is mostly kite sailing stuff. The shoppers in that room all seemed pretty stoked at the stores vibe as well.

Anyways in summary, I go to this place because I can become an informed buyer, take test rides, learn what I like and dislike before purchasing, and count on them to support what they sell.

These guys are amazing. I have been looking into electric Skateboards for two years and when I was finally ready to make a purchase I called into their shop and they only had two left ins tock of the make and model that I wanted. because they have odd business hours they offered to hold it for me if I put down a deposit. I Spoke with Brian on the phone and he helped me every step of the way. We even ran into some issues with my bank where some other businesses may have just given up on me he continued to work with me and help me out. They even put the All Terrain Kit on my board for me so it was ready when I picked it up. When I arrived to pick it up I met Jay and Jason who were both very very helpful. we laughed and told stories and they informed me that they had even pre-charged my board so that I could ride it as soon as I got home. Before I walked out of the store with the board they even went through a quality check process in front of me to make sure that what I had just bought was working and working correctly. The service I received and the respect and patience as well was absolutely amazing and I look forward to going back and working with them some more in the future. these guys and this shop are truly amazing. What amazing customer service! This is one of those few times it's actually better to shop in the store.

I was looking to buy a Boosted Board online, but couldn't find the helmet I wanted in stock anywhere online so I decided I'd swing by Last Mile to see if they had any in stock, check the sizing and, while I was at it, try out some competitor boards. Jake gave me a run down of what they carried and let me try a bunch of them out. He even offered to stay late so that I could try whatever I wanted. After trying a few of the available boards, I ended up going with the Boosted Board anyway, but I'm glad I got some first hand testing in. Jake stayed even later to check the setup of my board and ring me up. The whole time he was super helpful and there was zero sales...
