Awful front office and all around terrible experience. Upon receiving my lab work and a referral from my primary physician (which is required by Melissa Weinberg's office in order to book an appt) the front office still refused to book my initial appt, saying that they need more information. The kicker: They refused to tell me what additional information was needed. They said I should direct any questions to my primary physicians office. Well, my primary physicians office has NO CLUE what information is missing from their referral papework, and has been unable to reach anyone at Melissa Weinberg's office to provide more context in over 3 weeks! I myself have called about 3-5 times to try to get an office manager on the phone to explain what's going on. All I get is "someone will call you back" followed by radio silence. Sick people don't need the added stress of a poorly managed and negligent office that doesn't care about patient experience. Dr. Weinberg is everything a great doctor should be. She listens and cares. She is humble and responsive. She is patient and generous. How I manage my diabetes is a set of decisions we come to together, informed by the depth of her knowledge and experience, but shaped by my involvement and considerations. She doesn't tell me what to do; we discuss it. Ultimately, we agree; and I feel better about, and committed to, those agreements because I was involved in them. That's important. Attn every on!!!!!!!!!! Make appointment with Melissa E. Weinberg, M.D. two weeks ago. Today come for appointment and get information my appointment was canceled because of some secret policy they refuse to show me . Dr just change her main and forget to let me know about changes. Lost all working day try to find out why no one let me know about cancelation no answer. This is worse facility you can find in SF,people who work for this office has no respect to the customers.
