How is this place getting so many five star reviews, unless employees are posting. The staff treats this like some super perk for only top tier guests but in reality, it's the worst hospitality suite I've ever been in,,, food selection is limited and of poor quality. They only provide wine and not even a decent wine. This used to be a restaurant with a great reputation but is now an embarrassing use of the space.

Located at top floor of the hotel. They serve continental breakfast from 6.30 AM. The lounge closed at around 9 PM. Quite plenty of choice for your breakfast. This regency club lounge is one of the best way to see 360 degree view of San Francisco and Bay area. I arrived on the weekday so it was not many guests. Overall, I would recommended this regency club.

Truly the best service ever particularly from Conception, he made our night. Just such as gentlemen by making sure everyone is comfortable and attended to. He provided great information when we first arrived about the evening service and was there again in the evening to make sure we were well looked after. He is such an asset to the Hyatt Regency Club.
