We stopped in here trying to find some souvenir t-shirts for our older son who couldn’t come on vacation due to school.

They had a great selection of t-shirts. The prices were reasonable they had buy 3 shirts for a good price. Just make sure if buying different shirts they are part of the same offer. Individually the t-shirts were priced at $11, $12.50 and $14.50. There wasn’t any package deal on the shirts but they were still reasonably priced.

They had many designs and colors. We got him a light brown t-shirt with California above the heart in small letters and San Francisco in big letters in the back. He tends to like earth tones so it seemed like a good choice.

The second shirt was a white t-shirt with California San Francisco in a circular design with the sun and dun light on top and waves on the bottom. He really liked both t-shirts.

I bought myself a black t-shirt with a white circular logo that said The City and had a design of the Golden Gate Bridge. I thought all 3 might be part of a package deal but since they were different prices they were not.

They were still only just over $40 so a good deal for 3 t-shirts. A really good place to...

This place is an absolute disgrace. Their staff and manager are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. We visited with great intentions to purchase a few items of clothing, but the rude behaviour from the staff member and manager turned us off completely. Inattentive, not willing to assist, disrespectful and completely rude.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this shop at all costs. There are plenty of other shops on the Pier with great customer service and staff that actually care about serving customers. This place gives the Pier, and San...

Disgusted with this shopping experience at the Pier 39 - tourist area - the music being played was vile - vulgar - humiliating. We could not believe that a store in a tourist area would play such filth. We were ready to purchase a few items -- a few hundred dollars but declined to do so.
