One of the worst experiences EVER!!

I TRULY regret entering this store, I TRULY regret purchasing $1,700 worth of mostly non-working “electronics” which can be purchased on Amazon for HALF the cost, I TRULY regret allowing a shark of a salesman convince me that they had the best prices anywhere.

Shame on me! This was DEFINITELY a very expensive and painful lesson shopping and purchasing from this store

The Middle Eastern salesman was good. I’ll give him that BUT he is definitely passive/aggressive.

He will put items in your bag non-stop, make it clear that he is doing so for free (who gives away free headphones and solar battery chargers? Apparently, THIS shop does) or toss this and that in your bag non stop.

This same middle eastern salesman had my head spinning with how fast he spoke and how fast he made things appear in my bag. Almost as good as Houdini. One minute you see it in his hands next minute that same item is in your bag.

Initially, it thought it was funny but looking back now, I can see exactly what he was doing.

This same salesman will show you on his phone, what a deal you are getting as he will show you “competitive” prices which were listed at much higher prices however, he refused to share which sites he was using to get his pricing

I purchased over fifteen items of which 3/4 of the items do not work or stopped working within two days (I am being 100% honest). I am sooooo DISAPPOINTED in this large purchase.

I called the store about all the issues I had experienced by the items i purchased.

I was told by a male salesman that there are NO REFUNDS, or NO RETURNS. Exchanges only. This is store policy.

When i questioned this store policy and that I was never told at the time of purchase this person on the phone advised me that it is posted in the store.

Honestly, i NEVER saw such a sign as this would have been a HUGE red flag for me especially when it comes to electronics.

I am stuck with a small portion of this crap. As I mentioned, most of the other non-working items have been tossed out.

Also, try writing a Yelp review while in the store and you’ll see how quickly the middle eastern salesman will convince you NOT to use Yelp (where they only have one star as most of the reviews are negative) and instead use Google to write a review where this shop has much favorable reviews for some reason?

Yes, ALL the negative reviews are true and fact as I am living proof that this stuff most everyone has experienced when dealing with this shop are TRUE!

BUYER BEWARE!

If you value your hard-earned money, you’ll stay as far away from this shop as possible and avoid the passive/aggressive tactics used on unsuspecting customers.

It is a same that I did not follow my own hunch of, “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is so walk away now”.

I happen to stumble into this store because my daughter was curious about the robotic dog they had catching people’s attention as they were walking by the front of the store.

Immediately after watching the dog for a few seconds, I walked into the store to see what type of gadgets they were promoting. It was pure curiosity on my part. As I was standing inside, basically window shopping, I noticed a very pushy salesman that was talking to a couple who were interested in solar cell phone chargers. I noticed the salesman grab the customer’s phone from him several times, seeming like he was making unrealistic guarantees with his products. I overheard him say that you definitely can find the merchandise on Amazon (while holding the customer’s phone in his hand) but advising their brand was better.

The salesman was using so many tactics by making promises that seemed too good to be true. He consistently placed items in and out of bags, stating if the customer purchased all, he would give them additional items for free. He ignored all of the customers questions and continued to talk about the features of their products. At one point, I even noticed him place the customers wife in a massage chair, as he focused on closing the sale.

All in all it seemed like the salesman pushed for add on products and tried to upsell some additional high ticket items. This salesman definitely used high pressure sales tactics. I was so upset after watching all of this, I left the store. I wish I would have warned the poor customer that was getting ripped off with all of the junk that the salesman was placing in his bag.

I will never purchase anything from a store like this. Seems like they teach their sales people to use manipulative techniques to close deals, and they prioritize building sales instead of a relationships with...

I bought a power bank from here. The Hong Kong manager said, fully charged bank I can charge three mobile phones, the funny thing is, I charge the bank Already overnight. Next day I had a city walk.My iphone battery was dead. I used the bank, just 30mins, this power bank is out of power. My phone wasn't fully charged and Very slowly.

I Google the review of this store, know that so many Bad reviews similar to me. this is a tourism fraud definitely. many people have my same product quality problems, I Google the relevant information of the brand, there is no any information. The product also doesn't come with any instruction.

I paid $100 for a poor quality product, and Amazon probably only paid $25or so for the similar stuff.

Next day, I took receipt and product to return the store. and the manager told me that I could not return the goods.

Omg! That's illegal. I don't know how such a fraudulent business managed to survive for so long.

As a same Chinese. I know very well that his goods are just rubbish from small workshops.
