The Terraces Apartments — Local services in San Francisco

The building is great! I got a great view and the place is clean and cozy to live in. From the building it self, I would recommend 100% to anybody who want to move in into SF. Maintenance is also GREAT!! The maintenance guy is friendly and quick in fixing the problem. However, the leasing manager who is responsible for this particular building is horrible. I message the leasing office and SHE NEVER REPLIES. Perhaps she uses bot to reply. I called the main office which is in the Geary Courtyard and their customer service is excellent. Until know, I have requested for a duplicate for my roommate and we never received the keys. She says it would be done withing a week at most and be delivered into the mail box. It has been 3 weeks since we talk and no key have been delivered. The PIC of the building is extremely unreliable. So I called Geary courtyard and they sent a representative from their apartment just to take care of the business here, his name is (Mike). So, if you want to talk and inquire about anything talk to Mike, don't talk to the lady in the room. I hope Google have the option for rating different services. Worst place I have ever lived. The management team doesn't respond to emails. They've lost my insurance confirmation multiple times and charged me extra every month claiming I didn't have it. Now they won't give me that money back. Everything in the apartment keeps breaking. They charge $175 flat utility fee without power and wifi. The maintenance guy who cleans everyday is great, but the rest of the staff is insufferable. I actually can't get a response from them asking for the money back they've wrongly charged me for then just charged me for it again this month. Also office is only open for like 4 hours 4 days a week, so good luck... Forget about ordering packages. The delivery people don't leave them in the Luxor lockers, so everything always get's stolen... Hopefully they read this and at least respond...

I have lived in this building for over two decades . Initially it was not a pleasant experience to say the least . But over the years and scores of Owners and Management companies the building and the neighborhood have become one of the most sought after residences in the City . When Equity first came in they made a great many upgrades to our building , we had a long way to go to being High End , and the tenants responded with pleasure . I am now pleased to admit that when friends and relatives visit me , people I haven’t seen in decades , all say they cannot recognize the place .
