After parking we attempted to use the elevator but were greeted with an out of order sign. So now my cancer patient father was expected to amble through the garage in search of another elevator. Terrible terrible terrible of you to keep this garage in this condition especially knowing you have ill patients visiting every day. When we mentioned this to the UCSF desk attendant her response was to laugh it off and tell us how terrible the landlord is and let us know that while “everyone complains”, it is not UCSF’s problem to...
Read moreAt UCSF imaging center at number 190. I had the best experience getting an MRI here a two stage with and without contrast procedure that went without a hitch. During the procedure, he spoke to me and explained to me exactly what was happening and the purpose of each of the stages of the scanning operation. The overall experience was extremely positive, and I really respect that we have people that are so dedicated to this profession that they will work on their holiday to make sure that we have what we need to maintain a high...
