It’s a great store for baby and children’s clothing. I didn’t have any issues with the service that others have mentioned — the associate was friendly and even pointed out some great summer clothes. However, are we really tipping at retail stores now? And I’m not talking about a $1–2 option — I was prompted at checkout to tip between 15–25%. It felt awkward, and I really didn’t appreciate being asked to tip $20 on a retail purchase that took all of two minutes. Hands down best place for children’s clothes and gifts in the city. Super helpful and knowledgeable sales team nails age specific recommendations and fun gifting ideas. It’s my go to for new baby gifts all the way through to elementary school kid presents- and they are always a huge hit. They just know what’s right for every age/vibe and have the coolest selection of clothes (sf/ca local made to dress up to everyday stuff I would wear if adult sized) games, art boxes and the softest funniest stuffies. Edit: changing my rating went back today and the customer service was great. It wasn't the same people *Customer service was terrible. No one said hello. The two girls were too busy putting merchandise away and not interested in helping at all. Other customers came and said we dont have to buy anything and left.
