We parked there on new years eve using a spothero prepaid ticket. Tried to get back to the car around 12:07, but there were so many people trying to get into 2 elevators that we decided to walk down the stairs. No stairs! So we walked down the ram to C level. If there had been a fire we would all be dead. But instead we spent 3 hours inhaling all that exhaust fumes. People were nice, mostly thanking us and wishing us happy new year. But I will never park...
