Bridal Galleria — Local services in San Francisco

I will be requesting another stylist to help us as I was disappointed with the experience and service Haily provided. We were 30 mins late to the appointment, but when I called ahead, we were not told this would affect the length of our appointment. I do not understand why I filled out paperwork of information they already had, and nothing I wrote down about my wedding location, or fiance's name was even referenced in the appointment.

After rushing through 5 gowns in 30 mins. I was not even given a list of the gowns tried, even though I felt strongly about at least 3 of them. I was told by Haily to go around the racks after she had put the gowns back and take pictures of the tags (that were worn down and barely legible) . I have never experienced this in a bridal store before.

After asking 3 times for her to write them down or send an email I was told she can do so but it will be much later on when she gets around to it as she was very busy.

Having worked in the bridal world, I do understand as a boutique, you have back to back appointments and commitments to all customers. I just think that if this was my first bridal appointment I would have been extremely disappointed and I hope this is not the reality for any of their future customers, as they deserve the full bridal experience with an enthusiastic stylist by their side, when buying the most important dress...

After trying on over 100 dresses across multiple states, I landed on both my ceremony and reception dresses at Bridal Galleria. Shonna helped me in my search for my ceremony dress during a Monique Lhuillier trunk show. She was patient with me and nailed the vision that I was trying to achieve. I chose the Willow dress with an over skirt back in August 2019. My original wedding date was September 2020, but with covid, we pushed to October 2021. During this time, Grace worked with me to keep my dress in storage until it was time for alterations ahead of my new date. I decided to hunt for a second dress (before knowing my wedding would move) and found an amazing Berta gown at Bridal Galleria's off the rack store. During my dress search, Grace, Shonna, Hallie, and all of the ladies were extremely kind and supportive. They followed my entire wedding journey throughout the covid delays, cheered me on, and made me feel like a princess every time I came to the store for alterations. I was so happy to do my Monique alterations with Grace and have the entire staff by my side during such a challenging, unknown time. I had an incredible experience at the Bridal Galleria this past Saturday! I visited 4 bridal gown stores that weekend. The Bridal Galleria was #2. Parking was very easy. Out of all the stores, this one had the best lighting and mirror. Haily was my helper. She was very easy to connect with, understood what was important to me and my crew very quickly, and grabbed all the right dresses that were all within the right ballpark. Beyond just clipping me in, she helped me in and out of the dresses, grabbed veils, had me hold a bouquet so I could see the whole picture, and made sure I tried on the sample gown. She really went above and beyond. I almost left with the most stunning Berta gown 50% off. I also specifically requested to try the Alexandra from monique lhuillier. They didn't immediately have it so they made sure to get it for me in time for my visit. They didn't pressure me at all and let me sleep on the decision, reassuring me that I could always email them to secure the dress later.
