Horrible customer service. Another Government Agency that can't perform.

I ordered through a subscription 6 months ago a 2023 Proof Morgan Silver Dollar. Once they and became available, it was to ship out. (3 weeks ago) A week of I received an email that payment was declined and my order was to be cancelled. I called my bank and they said that no attempt had been made for the charge. I called customer service at the Mint and they confirmed my card info and billed it out while on the phone with them. I received another email today stating there was the same problem with my card but after I supplied them the Credit Card transaction number, they promised to ship it ASAP. I received another email today stating the same issue with my card. What?? I supplied them with the transaction confirmation number and the order number and after waiting on hold for 20 min while they researched the issue they told me everything was ok. But it wasn't. Now they can't find the order even with the order number and I'm expecting a call back with...

Ordered the "2025 Limited Edition Silver Proof Set 2025" the very minute it went on sale. Later in the day I received an email stating that my order was canceled. I called customer service and they stated that the address I provided did not match the credit card I used. While on the phone with the customer service representative, I checked a statement from my credit card and it has the same address I used on my order. Just a heads up for everyone. This place is a working mint where they make coins and is CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. They don't do tours or hold any events here. Only thing you can really do is take a picture with their nice gate and the building, but that's it. The one that does events is the San Francisco Mint in downtown.
