Ashford Candina Parking At The AC Hotel Marriott — Local services in San Juan

My wife and I are frequent vacationer,s and have always stayed at Marriotts hotels but what we experienced at this particular Marriott was so upsetting we will never stay at another Marriott hotel again.lets start with the service oh ...yeah their was none.just about every staff member must have taken a class in rudeness. The food was atrocious and the prices were out rageouse.could not believe them.i,think they were trying to make up for lost revenue due too Corona virus.....we couldn't even relax on the beach the furniture was covered in bird poo would have definitely caught something if we sat on it....approached the staff about it all we got was a shrug of their shoulder,s like who cares.so between the rudeness of the staff the filthy ness of of this resort the atrocious food and out rageouse.prices we were better off staying at a motel 6 or holiday inn...it was so un comfortable we cut our vacation short.thanks Marriott for ruining our yearly vacation this was so up setting we will never stay at another Marriott hotel and will tell family and friends not to also.if they let them operate like that there it must be standard policy it,s just a shame because in the past every time we stayed at a Marriott the experience was excellent 5 stars that,s why we alway,s stayed at Marriotts but no more family and friends be ware....and let me finally say corporate at Marriott wake up.....thankyou again for spoiling our vacation that we work so hard for.good bye hotel motel holiday inn here...
