When we first passed this place my wife suggested it knowing I like burritos. I dismissed it as an option telling her I prefer “hole-in-the-wall” places for authentic Mexican food. The next day I changed my mind since the other place I wanted to try was closed. I ordered the Cali Burrito and requested refried beans inside but I also showed the waiter if a wet burrito I order back in California and she immediately knew what I was talking about. It wasn’t exactly the same style but close enough. I asked for a spicy salsa and they provided it. It all tasted amazing. Staff was friendly. Four stars because nothing stood out. Restroom was somewhat clean but the water faucet was coming off the sink. They give you very little salsa to go with the chips for some reason. I went through two of those little cups by myself and still had a bunch of chips left over. We went on a Monday night around 9 pm. There were still a bunch of people there and we got our order within a reasonable amount of time.

When you like to have light lunch but feel good after eat , this kind taco may a right choice after morning stroll in condado beach , today we entered this blue White ambiance, Resto , sit & choose some Tacos I ate Barbacoa Taco so smooth taste with radish pickles ( all tacos has on top so refreshing ), just right portion also blackened fish fresh has right taste , we also order tortilla chips with set of guacamole& salsa (it's fresh but for me need a bit more taste of onions & pepper) & refined beans taste good , then I also order side black bean but a bit of salty for me , while my friend order margaritas which are very good for them & looks tasty.I ordered no alcohol Pinacolada fresh & okay but they forgot cherry on top ? so overall we happy with our food , it's nice to sit & having lunch there , may try & perhaps happy to be back to , oh service is really good & make sure vaccinated when visit Puerto Rico coz they ask your Vac card when enter restaurants

I took my family of 4 there the other night and it was quite possibly the best Mexican we have had anywhere. I got the Gringo Burrito Wet which means covered in like the grilled cheese coating. I ate half that night and half the next day for lunch and it was so good! My son got a Mini Nachos with chicken, it was also enough food for him to eat for two meals. My wife and daughter do not eat gluten or dairy and it can be had at times for them to find food, but not at this place the waiter totally understood and brought them FAJITAS with no cheese etc. my wife also said she thought they were the best she had ever had. Only thing I would suggest to the owners is to maybe get some different tables near the window as the table we had was sticky from the epoxy top being in the sun all of the time. Seriously though this was the best place we ate at in the area!

I ADVISE BLACK PEOPLE to avoid this area. They weren't being attentive to us AT ALL. They took forever to attend to us. We were a party of 2 and no the restaurant wasn't full or crowded at all. We were racially discriminated against. We chose to stay inside after the host said we can sit anywhere we like. There was a woman catering to the people sitting outside. There was a taller(young) man catering to the people inside. We waited over 15 minutes. We never received the menu. AND we only ever received the menu because I went outside to where the Host(she has braces)was. She was sitting inside the booth and was on her phone and I asked her who our waiter or waitress was . Then she said she'll come over to our table to assist us. SO if I hadn't gotten up myself we would have never been assisted at all. There was no apology at all. She gave us the menu then gave us nachos with one sauce. Then she took a while to come to our table. As we were waiting for our table. I was observing other tables. I saw a group of white people that sat outside and received their nachos not even 5 minutes. 35 minutes later there were 2 black women that came to the restaurant and chose to sit outside. They waited over 30 minutes before getting the menu and the nachos that were complimentary. The lady tending to the people outside was ignoring them till she finally came over. I say this cause the other tables that were outside and inside received all the orders and the bill faster. The male waiter was also avoiding us as well even though there were 4 tables open including us(inside). There was no hospitality and no interaction . We waited a while for the food to come and for the bill to come. I even saw the manager walking around a few times. I checked the reviews and funny thing is, the low ratings and complaints I see are from people that look like us. THERE ARE FAR BETTER AND GREATER HOSPITALITY THEN THIS PLACE. SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AND PUT YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITALITY I HAVE COME...

At Burrito Social, the flavors of Mexico come alive with each bite, transporting diners to culinary bliss. From the savory carne asada to the zesty salsa verde, every dish is a testament to authentic Mexican cuisine done right. However, the dining experience was marred by disappointing service. Despite my enthusiasm to indulge in their mouthwatering offerings, the bartender (Adie) seemed preoccupied with a personal phone call she had going on in her AirPods, leaving me feeling neglected and unattended. She was washing dishes while talking to them and failed to acknowledge i had sat down. The entire visit she was talking on the phone and not making customer service a priority. With a bit more focus on customer service, Burrito Social could truly be a gem in the dining scene.

I gave this place a 5 star because the food was great, and the owners passion screams loud just walking in. I don't want his/her hard work marred by one employee who doesn't pay attention to the customers and uses the owners time for her social hour while getting paid. How does any employee believe its okay to have a casual personal call while at work for an hour while getting paid from their...
