I don’t write reviews unless its a bad experience. I was very disappointed with the customer service. We are staying at AC Hotel San Juan and noticed the smoothie bar across the street, we had to try it! We were waiting for our tour bus but it had a malfunction. So we took advantage to get a smoothie for breakfast! My friend ordered the Super Fruit and I had ModelFit, both soooo yummy! After ordering, another customer orders and leaves while we wait. I didn’t mind that. I get a call from the driver and said we are ready to leave. I ask them , “can we get our order? Our tour bus is ready. “ His response? “That is not my problem” I thought he was referring to our order not being ready and then he identifies himself as the manager. (He was referring to my tour bus). That’s when I asked for the manager and he identified as so, so I said... mmm it kinda is your problem??? I was soooo confused with his rude response. I walked out because I felt myself being rude if it kept going.

Later that evening, I decided to call to confirm the managers name. Of course that was not going to happen🙄. A female answered and told me she cannot share employee Information. I asked, you can’t tell me the managers name? Oh of course she identified herself as the manager :) I told her I met the male manager. There could be 2 managers right? Either way I very displeased with Crush Juice Bar. Puerto Rico has been amazing and everyone is super respectful.... except this place. Very...

Terribly overpriced and uncooperative customer service. When I asked for a simple price adjustment on a fruit juice because I did not want the extra protein, the server seemed completely clueless. After spending about 5 minutes trying to explain to her how this might work, by charging me for a regular fruit juice, for instance, I gave up. She was not willing to cooperate or see why paying $10 for a fruit juice might be a bit too much. I was only asking that she take off $2 and she could not wrap her mind about how that might work. When I asked for her name so I could report her to the manager, she then asked me whether I still wanted the juice. Uh... no, not for $10 you rude twerp. Management should know that people with green hair won't end up having much common sense and are completely unprofessional. I won't be back there, I won't take guests back there and I went to FRESH MART, JUST DOWN THE STREET and got a nice organic fruit...

Horrible service. I’ve been a couple of times to this place. Every time they ignore you for a couple of minutes until one of the decides who’s going to take your order. The cashier doesn’t even greet you or look at you while you’re ordering. Then, while she’s putting the order in for me to pay, she’s looking at something the other staff worker is showing her on her phone and doesn’t even pay attention to what she’s doing in the cash register, she didn’t even tell me how much I owed her. She just gave me my card back for me to put my pin on the little machine and that’s when I saw how much what i ordered was. She also gave me no receipt. After giving me my order (I ordered a Banana Strawberry Açaí), I noticed they didn’t put nutella on it nor they put coconut oil. The menu clearly says that’s what the Banana Strawberry Açaí bowl is...

👉 Catch 👈 Here's a foolproof Puerto Rican food list 🧾 👉 A bit long, so save it for later ☺️🥢 ☀️ San Juan ☀️ San Juan has an endless array of delicious food. I could eat here for a lifetime if I could. 【Barjuice】 Classic American breakfast, recommend the omelette with toast. The papaya smoothie is my favorite—not too sweet but with a rich fruity aroma. But skip the pineapple juice; one sip and it feels like your teeth might fall out from the sourness. 【Punto de vista】 A rooftop restaurant, and I dare say their mofongo is the best in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend the shrimp & chicken mofongo with creamy garlic sauce. The magic of this dish is that the chicken melts in your mouth, paired with a spoonful of plantain rice—it’s simply unforgettable. If you’re not into chicken or seafood, the fried chunks of pork with sweet criolla sauce is also a great choice. The beef option is just okay; the first two are the classics. For cocktails, try "Eat Your Drink" and the piña colada. 【Larada】 Recommend the ribs and octopus. The fries that come with the meal are especially delicious! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—even though they’re just potatoes, they feel like they’re about to burst with juice. 【Chocobar Cortés】 This is a chocolate-themed restaurant. The omelette is hearty, and adding bacon makes it just right. There’s also a chocolate cheese-filled bread that’s great as a dessert or a pre-meal snack. Don Ignacio is, without a doubt, the worst drink I’ve had in Puerto Rico. If you like the taste of dark rum, this might be your favorite, but personally, it’s harder to swallow than Chinese medicine. 【Perla】 An overpriced and underwhelming restaurant. The portions are small, and the service is painfully slow. The waiter claimed the lobster was freshly caught, but it tasted mushy. The dessert, however, was sweet without being cloying, and the indoor ambiance is perfect for dressing up and taking photos. But this place is really only good for afternoon tea. 【San Juan Smokehouse】 I saved this for last because it’s so good—it leaves you craving more. I ate here on my first day and made a special trip back on my last day. I’ve tried almost all the BBQ here. While the wings were a bit dry and the pulled pork was just okay, everything else is worth trying! Highly recommend the Burnt Ends, Texas-style brisket, smoked BBQ chicken, and bacon. If you can’t decide, just go for the duo platter—it’s a safe bet. Even if you don’t drink, I’d recommend the passion fruit mojito. It’s the best cocktail I’ve had in Puerto Rico. #PuertoRico #SanJuan #Foodie #TravelEats #BBQ #Mofongo #Cocktails #ChocolateLovers #FoodAdventures #TravelGram #InstaFood #FoodLovers #Wanderlust #EatLikeALocal #FoodHeaven #TravelBlogger #FoodJourney #FoodPorn #FoodDiaries #TravelInspo

Great for those HOT Days! I have only had a smoothie / frappe a couple of times and I guess it deals with location at the time. Well this was the perfect location it was Hot out it was across the street from the hotel and we just go back from walking around. So my wife got us a "Mango Berry Blitz frappe". My wife knows I like Mango and they grow here on the island so why not. It was pretty good and was the right thing at the moment.

Rude staff. Didn’t want to help me with my order, and said they aren’t making smoothies when I went to place order. Got the pre made açaí bowl since that’s all they would serve - photo attached to show you it’s all granola. Update: there were 3 slices of strawberry and 3 slices of banana in there and the blueberry’s and açaí tasted disgusting. It tasted old. Not worth the money.
