Bunny Hop Tours — Local services in San Juan

We went on the "San Juan: Pinones Beach & Bar Hopping Food Tour" and it was NOT what we expected. To even call it a food tour is misleading. It was disorganized and we had to buy most of the food and drinks separately. The "drinks" are warm shots of sweet rum in plastic small cups. The guides were nice, but they didn't really tell us anything or even seem to know what was going on. It started late and then we couldn't even go to one of the planned locations. But we ended up heading to a roof table bar near the last stop (that's not even on the "tour") and it was great. We then just stayed there and explored that area by ourselves. Booked the trip. Called the morning of to confirm, the guide himself said to me, “we do not have your name on the list, but we have your friends name” I’ve contacted them 10 times trying to get a refund, but obviously the people working here are either extremely overworked if they can’t read a list and see a paid customers name on it, or they are liars or they are just greedy ! Anyways very disappointing as obviously who doesn’t want to go have fun on a caving adventure. But yea they stole $95 from me. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else so needed to share ! If I could recommend any tour is would have to be el yunque atv tours, or the el yunque waterfall tours. Best...

Isail was awesome! Thank you for taking pictures and being encouraging and courteous! Thank you for tying my shoes! LoL This tour I would say is like mid-beginner. If you haven't been getting your 10k steps a day for the last 3+ months you may want to rethink some things. Definitely be sure you can swim a little bit....you don't have to be Michael Phelps but make sure you got a couple of strokes in ya. Be sure to have good gripping shoes, hiking books, or a good grip water shoe... lots of slippery spots and mud. I was solo but everyone that was on the tour were super great and helpful.
