Had a delightful experience when I was greeted nicely by one of their newer staff. I am used to being ignored because I am clearly not a college student and they seem to have become Vic's target market. But this sweet beautiful young woman was attentive and treated me like a guest - it is probably the first example of actual customer service that I have experienced in San Luis Obispo (in a retail chain store) in years. When I mentioned how knowledgeable she was, she thanked me and said that she had only been working there 2 months. I hope she stays at this location, but she seems too bright to stay there very long. Sad, because she should be training the other staff. I wish I could see this is a hiring trend, because the empty headed twits who can't put away their phones long enough to point to a drawer (so I can help myself) are the norm...

The lady check, let me know that the dress was IN stock for them, and sheād order it. So I proceeded to checkout, took an agonizing amount of time for her to spell all of information correctly as I was spelling it outā¦. Only to be told it was now out of stock. But she got my email and got my address and now Iām back on all of their spam email lists. Thanks for wasting my time...

The staff not only didn't greet us but seemed to actively avoid talking/assisting customers. My wife found a bra that would work but needed help finding it in the right size. She turned with a bra in hand she already decided to buy to ask for assistance and the associate who we saw near by, who saw us move twards her, moved farther away and started sorting stock. As my son would exclaim, say less, we put the bra up and left...
