I reached out to Jake, and he responded the same day, patiently taking the time to explain the entire process. Although I was a little nervous, he reassured me at every step that I’d be fine. Jake’s shop was clean, professional, and welcoming, which put me at ease immediately. His calm and friendly personality made the whole process feel much more comfortable. It took a bit of bath and forth to get an appointment in the first place but when I did get there everything was perfect. Chavez is super friendly and explains everything as he’s doing it. He gave me time to ask any questions I wanted to. He had me take a few deep breaths as he did my piercing and it was over in no time. His price included an aftercare solution and a 4-6 week check up to change my jewelry if need be. Everyone in the shop was really friendly and it felt super covid safe too. If I’m ever going to get another piercing, I’d definitely be back here....
