I feel extremely lucky to have been referred to Brett at B. Allen Jewelers. He made the process of buying an engagement ring better than I could have dreamt of. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring and gets compliments all the time!

The process started with a couple of FaceTime calls to get acquainted, he answered all of my questions and filled in any gaps in my knowledge. Surprisingly, he also offered how he thought I could get the most bang for my buck within the grading scale. He was very kind and offered advice like a friend rather than a salesman. At his office, (socially distant and masked up the entire time) he showed me a wide variety of diamonds to look at - all within my budget. He gave me as much time as I needed to look at each diamond and find the one that sparkles the most! After two visits, I picked my diamond! After the proposal, my fiancée and I returned to his office to design a custom band that she wanted. We went through a couple iterations and Brett made sure to give his best recommendations to best complete the ring. Brett is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate his patience as he fulfilled our detailed requests.

To cap it off, Brett is one of the most genuine people I have met, he never made me feel rushed. We talked for a long time about family, the Golden State Warriors, and our love of golf! When it came to having to make one of the most important decisions of my life, I wanted to make sure I went through it with someone I felt had mine and my fiancé’s best interest in mind. Someone that I was truly comfortable with about the entire process and who was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and inquiries. Let me tell you, Brett was exactly that and more! Brett took the time to explain the engagement ring buying process with me from the basics to narrowing it down and made me feel at ease with such a big moment in my life.

He was extremely patient, communicative, and just made me feel well informed about any decision I made no matter what. In the end, the time and attention that Brett showed me during my decision making process coupled with the impeccable selection of diamonds he presented to choose from as well (and going over each one in detail while taking into account budget and quality) made me so proud and excited about my purchase! Brett makes one of the biggest purchases of your life easy! I can't recommend B. Allan enough. When I came in I knew virtually nothing about the grade or colors of diamonds, but Brett was AMAZING! He walked me through the whole process and helped me narrow down what I was looking for and interpret what I was hearing from my then girlfriend, now wife. The process is great and really what sold me on B. Allan in the end. Once you have settled on some styles he brings the diamonds in and lets you take a look at all of them in the light of the sun which is something that I didn't get elsewhere and something that I now realize was extremely important! Your partner is going to be wearing it outside and around everyday it better shine in the sun and not just ideal lighting conditions! Once I thought this was the right diamond for me, but wanted some time to think about it, I received no pressure to buy immediately and instead was encouraged to take all the time I need and to look around. In fact this is what they encourage strongly, it is a big purchase take the time you need and think about it, make sure it is right. In the end it was right.
