I thought I unleashed ransomware on my computer so I used my phone to find this company. I contacted one company but they said I wasn't a big enough account for them, so kept searching. So glad I found Web Dispatch because they calmed me down and eased my tension by having me boot up while on the phone with them. Paul identified that it was scareware and not ransomware. I have been using WebDispatch for 8 years or more for my home computer needs. Same knowledgeable people who are very competent and patient (Mike, John, Charles). Besides normal debugging and disinfecting, they helped me select and buy online a PC and Monitor on 2 occasions for delivery to WebDispatch and then do all of the installation and software setup at my home. My computer crashed on a Friday night late. Took it in to WebDispatch first thing Saturday morning. The problem was a hard drive on its last legs. Mike started working immediately on retrieving data and transferring to a backup device. I came back later Saturday afternoon and then again Sunday afternoon (when they are "closed") to see the progress. Mike was able to safely retrieve my sensitive data.
