Marshalls — Local services in Sand City

I would love to give a good review to your store but sadly, it's not possible. If not for the staff, who are just the nicest, I have met in any store, in a long time, I would not have given it 4 stars. Two employee's in particular, were just really great. Zeus, was the clerk, who rang up my items and there was another young man, that I met, while looking for a rug. I wish I had his name but, even though I don't have it, you may know who I mean. Zeus, was patient and efficient and the other employee (do wish I had his name) was just as kind and helpful as Zeus. Two employee's who do credit to your store. The shopping experience itself, was not a good experience. Marshall's, does not seem to cater to the Senior customer. . Most of the clothing, shoes, are meant for young people. Another thing, that really annoyed me, is that in the shoe department, it is hard to locate one's size. You also, did not have hardly anything in a 5 1/2 shoe. I'm getting Marshalls for stars because this store now has become what is a truly valued store you can find prices way lower than department and you can find stuff even cheaper than the online sites for name brand stuff I was able to go in there and get a name brand cologne and name Van sunglasses for about cheaper than I could even get them online sometimes they're availability of stock is very low so we have to hit them on a good day which I don't have any information on. I got to stress to you that there are not a lot of plus size men's in stock usually when I go there which is unfortunate there's no 3x or anything size of past 15 shoe which is actually sad because there are big people in the world management gave me a refund on my gift card to the fact that I couldn't find anything in my size and I really appreciate that...

Disgusting. I bought a hair brush on clearance. I assumed that it was an item the store was trying to get rid of for new shipment or something (?). It was a dollar off. Not like I was getting a steal. I didn’t notice until I went home and took it out the package there was hair all in the brush. Gray and black hair with dandruff in it.

One question: “Y’all couldn’t have at least clean this filthy nasty dirty brush???” Before reselling it to someone. The BARE minimum is to make me not question hygiene.

So now, I’m also more concerned and questioning the bloodborne pathogen risk these eyebrow razors I bought here too. I know what not to buy here now.
