Good customer service. However, I would not recommend to take your baby to get their ears pierced! I had a horrible experience and I’m usually not the one to rate or leave a comment but as a mom I wouldn’t want another baby to go through what my baby went through. I highly doubt that the lady that pierced my baby’s ears knew what she was doing. I get that maybe piercing a baby’s ear might be a bit more challenging than an adult however, this person messed up twice. The little gun machine that they use was stuck in her ear for a few minutes and she did not know how to take it out, she then proceeds to ask for assistant but even the assistant couldn’t help. Finally after struggling she was able to remove the gun. After trying to calm my daughter down she proceeds to pierce the second ear and unfortunately something went wrong. This time the back part of the earring didn’t stay so she had to do it manually. She was having a hard time putting the back part in (maybe bc she had long nails) and at this point I was very frustrated and my daughter was uncontrollably crying and in a lot of pain so I intervene and helped out.
