I had shopped there the day before mother’s day. I live closer to the one in Easley, but decided to go here while I was in Anderson. When I got home, I realized the 2 cards I got for my mom from my daughter and myself were not in my bag. I was irritated because I drive 2 hours every day for work and have a lot of health issues. Getting back out to Anderson is very exhausting. I called in and they set my cards to the side. I had a new employee who checked me out the day I was there. I was irritated but they made the situation right. I wasn’t sure when I could get back out there. It has been a week and I received a call from them. They asked if it would be easier if they mailed them. This worked out so much better for me. I’m a single mom who’s recovering from surgery. Them mailing it made us so much easier. And not to mention these arrived today on May 28th, which is the 2 year anniversary of when my dad passed away. So that ended up being the most perfect timing. Going To the Anderson Hallmark store and getting our ornaments on the day we pick out our Christmas tree is long held tradition. Due to traffic we arrived at the store about 20 minutes before closing. Kerri helped us find the ornaments we came for, but she also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
