I was holding off on this review thinking this place would get better. I used to visit this place all the time but in the past 2 years there has been a decline in service. I don’t know if there is just not enough staff or if they just need to be put under new management but every time I have gone there recently the food was cold, they were missing an ingredient or it just took way too long to get the food. This is a fast food restaurant and I have waited over 25 minutes for some whoppers with no way of getting out. And I was just 1 of 3 cars in line. Seriously you are blocked in until the person in front of you moves. One time I even had the guy in back of me approach me and ask if I could move out of the way so he can get out of waiting and I had just pulled up to the window for my food. This time I decided to order through door dash. I live right down the street but I wanted a treat without having to go anywhere and low and behold the dasher goes to THIS Burger King. The wait wasn’t long but the food was cold and had very little on it. Guys... there was a time when the whopper was massive, but the burger I received today was a shame. The meat patty was noticeably smaller than the bun as if it was a whopper jr, there was a little itty bit of lettuce and pickle on it, with 1 small and single tomato slice. The bacon was there too but just as little as the patty. It felt like I was eating straight bread the entire time. All my burgers came like that. Aside from that I haven’t had any confrontations with the staff. I don’t know who all might be working in there. Last I was there they were nice people, some might need to straighten up a bit but I don’t want any trouble so I try not to complain when things are missing. Still... Read moreOrdering online is supposed to be a simple process. This was a hot mess. What should have taken maybe 5 minutes took 30 minutes; first I was told to wait by the front door when there was no one else at the restaurant and no one in the drive through but me. Then we (my partner and I) were waiting outside for at least 15minutes, watching as other people went through the drive through and went inside, and left. I had to go INSIDE to get the staff's attention. When we checked our order, we found that all 3 sandwiches were wrong, all of them missing cheese and one with an add-on that wasn't supposed to be there at all, the shake was wrong, my sauces were wrong, didn't have applesauce or the poppers.
So I went inside to have it fixed. The manager apologized and ordered all of it to be remade, and told me to keep the mess ups. Another associate, the woman who was handling the drive through, came over and asked what I needed, I said it was being handled but answered her question. She took ALL of the items and threw them away, after the manager specifically said that I was supposed to keep them, before I could say anything else. What the hell kind of service is this?

One of the night managers, a cute, young blonde thing, very obviously does not care, as her shirt is constantly untucked, and the employees on her shift seem to think they can get away with yelling at each other, joking around, and ignoring customers.
I can't get served here without flagging someone down at any time of day. When I do, there's no smiles, no greeting. Sometimes I just get stared at with no words whatsoever other than the price when I'm done ordering.
Their coke machine mix is off and no one will fix it. Drinks taste like ass.
I flat out will not give this restaurant my business again unless serious changes are made to the level of service and professionalism. Absolute joke. Save yourself some time and frustration and just go across the street...
