Over the years I have bought many many items from IPO. And this last experience just left me slightly salty w the cust service. I received a broken bowl. Had to spend time dealing w contacting them and taking pictures then had to take more pictures. There was a bowl that I had wanted separately and with the replacement piece they were sending asked for as a courtesy if they would ship the item with it (for free or part of the cost). They gave me 1.90 off. Now I would complain to them but what is that going to do. Just feel that is VERY cheap of them to not have just shipped the item for free as a courtesy for me receiving a damaged product. But whatever. Read moreI would give four stars for the pottery: the store offers a large variety of ceramic goods, from place settings to serving pieces and accessories. A variety of patterns and colors make the store vibrant and fun to walk through. It's a little pricey, particularly if you're thinking of picking up service for a few people. They offer books, magnets and other kitschy items. On the downside, service is lacking: the two ladies behind the counter area couldn't have shown less interest in the customers walking around. Rather unfriendly, even when we were actually purchasing items. That will likely keep me from returning.
