99% of any store’s positive rating comes down to customer experience. I can’t speak highly enough about Frank and his team for welcoming me with open hearts when I stopped by their store after a long, somewhat arduous journey from Rhode Island to Santa Fe — in a Sportsmobile, with three dogs and a husband. (It’ll be over 35 travel days by the time we finally make it home to SLC… so yes, SLC to RI and back will take us 35 days…and hopefully no more!)
They were the first truly warm smiles and open hearts I’d encountered since North Carolina. Now, I didn’t pick Array on purpose — I picked it because we could park our rig out front, their doors were open, and I desperately needed help figuring out how accessible Santa Fe would be in a van towing a trailer. (Answer: not very.)
They told us to park right where we were and suggested grabbing lunch at Cowgirl Café across the street. After lunch, of course, I had to go explore their wares. I love these carefully honed shops, and this one is beautifully curated — it engages every sense: the scents, the snacks, the beautifully crafted pine bowls.

She followed us around the store with glaring stares and took the opportunity to reprimand my children from trying a graphite hand pencil, stating that they needed to save their paper for samples not 'big bad drawings'. She then stomped off like a child. I'm all for parents keeping their children under control but I was within a few feet monitoring them and she behaved in a disrespectful and derogatory manor. I wouldn't spend a dime of my money in that store. Parents beware, do not expose your children to such ugly demeaning treatment. If this person was the owner I...
Read moreArray is a great place to look around and find something new everytime. We try to stop by regularly to see what new items have shown up. They recently started selling these vintage puzzles which my family has really enjoyed. We also buy things like candles, cards, soaps, ribbon, sculptures, small furniture, pillows, other decor, and crafts. The employees are very friendly and willing to talk about anything you ask. I am personally very fond of the volcanic ash soap and the new vintage puzzles. Definitly reccomend checking this place out if your from out of town or looking for something to brighten up your day, or just wanting somewhere to kill time and browse. They have something...
