Malouf on the Plaza — Local services in Santa Fe

Many years ago, I purchased a ring in Santa Fe by Scott Diffrient. I absolutely love the ring and wear it daily.

Recently, a local jeweler was cleaning the ring and noticed that the stone was cracked and went about trying to repair it. He indicated that it might crack further over time.

I contacted Malouf on the Plaza a store in Santa Fe, New Mexico which specializes in jewelry, weavings, and fashion accessories. I explained the situation with the ring and wanted to see if something could be arranged to have the stone repaired or replaced.

This is when I met an exceptional representative of the company- Adrianna. She indicated that she would reach out to the artist and see what options may exist. She assumed the responsibility of trying to have my ring repaired. She coordinated with the artist and provided timely communications to me. Fortunately, she was able to coordinate the repair of my cherished ring.

In my experience, it is a rare individual who volunteers to resolve a problem that occurred many years ago. Many individuals would simply brush-off the problem not wanting to be bothered and would just move on. Not Adrianna, she is indeed such a rare individual.

By her actions and initiative, she demonstrated her solid committed to providing quality customer service. Seldom have I found a representative of any retail store who displays the attributes and exceptional follow-through that she has provided to me. She greatly surpassed my expectations.

My many thanks to Adrianna, Scott Diffrient, and Malouf on the Plaza for overseeing the repair of my ring. I am very grateful for the quality service...

Here in Santa Fe, NM, for our annual visit to attend the Wine and Chili Fiesta. A separate review of the fiesta will be posted shortly. On our first day here, we had to stop by Malouf on the Plaza, a stunning retail store that’s been there for over 10 years now. It’s a luxury apparel and accessory shop, that, simple put, has an exquisite inventory. Native American jewelry, a wide variety of turquoise, gold and diamond jewelry, leather goods, men’s and women’s clothing, etc. Great quality, and reasonable prices. Without question, one of the best shops on the plaza! Jesse is our go-to sales rep there. She knows her stuff, and is such a pleasure to work with. We didn’t buy anything this time (a first I think), but it was a great visit and so fun to browse while chatting with Jesse. Ask for her if you get a chance to stop by… highly recommend a visit to Malouf on the Plaza!

If you haven't been in Malouf's recently, you should definitely go treat yourself! Their items are so very beautiful, quality at its finest! We had such an enjoyable time with Rene, who's quite thoughtful and helpful. He has the knowledge and history to sincerely embellish your shopping experience. He's patient, as well, we felt thoroughly assisted. He'll stay with you until you find exactly what you need. Bless you Rene, we truly appreciated your kindness and effort.
