There are too many beautiful jewerly stores to waste your time on this place. The owner, Tiger, and his various family members, who run the place offer to be of assistance. This is now my seventh month of being told repeatedly that my specific order, already paid for by the way, would be mailed. I have been given MANY excuses including that this item is no longer available. Not true. I know that it is available because I phoned the G.L. Miller studio myself. They had some available. I couldn't purchase them because The Silver Coyote hasn't returned my check yet either. Besides repeated lies, the family members note my phone number and switch their work line to say that it hasn't been set up yet. This is an untrustworthy jeweler who makes promises and does not follow through. I filed with the Better Business Bureau and that got their attention, for only a minute. We were to leave NM the next day and were not able to get back to Sante Fe. I'm going to try calling the credit card company to see if I can get a refund since I can't get a hold of...

During a visit last year I bought 5 pieces from this place -the man was kind, guaranteeing the jewelry-stating if “anything” happens to it they would fix it. Well a stone fell out of an earring …and the man at the store today (not the man who helped me with my purchase last year) who when I told I didn’t have the stone because it unglued and fell out, just said, “I don’t know what to tell you sweetheart”. Wow. I will never return here ever again. I’ve heard from locals they low ball the indigenous artists and based on the awful response from the man today,...
