I worked here until the toilet in the apartment upstairs overflowed & I was made to clean all of that overflowed sewage up. Uli knew it was a recurring problem yet the ceiling was never professionally dried out or cleaned. If you go in winter & wonder why she has the door wide open that’s why. She tries to ventilate the space instead of cleaning it. Everything in the cases was covered in overflowed toilet water including all of the jewelry. I got sick after cleaning it all up. If you do decide to buy anything here I’d wash it real good before touching it. It was really a shame because I liked working here until that. I couldn’t imagine anyone KNOWINGLY having an employee clean up raw sewage and then never even having the ceiling cleaned or fixed either! Especially the Jellycats- WASH THEM FIRST. My girlfriend and I were admiring a piece of furniture in the store. It was a chest made of a winebox and had the same name as her family printed on it. It was a gorgeous piece! The owner was obviously not thrilled we were spending so long looking at it and asked if we needed help twice in a very impatient tone. My girlfriend enthusiastically told her that the winebox had her same last name and the owner curtly told us "you can buy it" before turning and going back to mind the cash register. We were surprised at how rude she was, probably wouldn't want to come back here and accidentally spend too long looking...
