Best experience I've ever had at this Macy's. I went in yesterday looking to buy a nice watch. There were a ton of options and it was difficult to not only make up my mind, but even know what I was looking at in the first place and where to begin. Then, in steps Karen. Karen is in charge of the fine jewelry department, and I can't say enough great things about her. She is absolutely amazing. She took the time to give me all of the pertinent info I was looking for, and explained everything in-depth and in a way that was easy to understand for a "non-jewelry expert." She walked through a multitude of options, and after spending some time doing this, I finally narrowed it down to two options. I was stuck on which one to pick, and Karen's professional insight and opinion helped me make the best choice. Karen was genuinely interested in helping me get what I needed, and she made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She was focused on me the entire time, and that is rare nowadays. She was attentive and answered every question that I asked, and never made me feel as if I was asking too much, even though I probably was at a certain point lol. Overall, this is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs. Make sure to ask for Karen. She is the best and, once again, I truly can't say enough great things about her. Thanks for everything Karen! I appreciate your help and insight throughout this purchasing process more than you know! I will definitely...
Read moreAfter visiting this location, I understand why department store shopping is dead. This store reminds me of a giant Kmart. It's run down and the employees all appear to be clinically depressed. I drove all the way to the store from Clearlake for a warranty claim on some pans. The Concord location was my store before I moved to wine country. No comparison between the locations. Concord has always gone to bat for me and my family over the years. We have had maybe 3-4 problems over the last 50 years. After driving all the way to this location, I'm told by the staff that I have to send my product directly to the manufacturer. I know I have that option, but wanted Macy's to go to bat for me and save me the return postage. Customer service is dead. Maybe the employees that work here are just going through the motions, awaiting the inevitable closure of this location too. My suggestion would be, save your money and time and trouble. Shop online at Amazon, or elsewhere. Maybe the online company you shop with will appreciate your business. Macy's clearly doesn't care to earn...

Hotel Collection Turkish luxury towels are the only reason that even bothers...
