With all the entrances and exits And the huge selection of things that they sell; bedding, bathroom, crystal, and beyond but they don't have even have carts not even for disabled people like myself so I'm hobbling around with my cane trying to carry my belongings plus Previously and intended purchases so constantly dropping things having to bend over and pick them up and a sales representative accused me of stealing twice and then she followed me Throughout the rest of my visit there even as I was at the jewelry counter consulting with some nice associate over sapphire earrings. All of the associates I dealt with when I was able to find one aside from the 1 accusing me of stealing!!!no help whatsoever and gave me no Guidance on how to Regain my Macy's credit card after my wallet was stolen which was reported and somebody maxed out my Macy's credit card everyone that I talked to just seemed annoyed at having to deal with it. Hotel Collection Turkish luxury towels are the only reason that even bothers still going there

Wow it had been a really really long time since I had been to either of the Macy's in town and I must say it was quite enjoyable. I love to shop let me just say that and it was not too crowded there were enough people there to make it fun the sales men and women were happy what a concept that seems to actually like their jobs unlike most of the sales clerks in Sonoma County who are just there to breathe the air in Philips banks these ladies and gentlemen seem to really like to be there and they were very helpful it was a quick and painless transaction and then I went on to look at the Fine Jewelry and boy was it fine! Macy's at Coddingtown has very very lovely jewelry and if I were a million bazillionaire I would buy the entire Macy's Corporation and make it mine. I'm just an 80s gal and Macy's is and always will be the place to go thanks for being there y'all I appreciate it I just wish your purses weren't so expensive really because I desperately need a new purse.

Store had so much variety and because it’s in California the location had an array of jackets and vests, which Texas usually lacks hence the weather differences. But this Macy’s location had so much for each department including toys and gifts for this time of the year(holidays). Staff in the cosmetics and jewelry departments were attentive and asked if we needed assistance and wasn’t just standing in their areas on their phones or anything. They were also very knowledgeable in their areas from perfumes to makeups to jewelry. The store is never packed when I shop mainly cause I go mid morning when I expect the least amount of people to be there. Overall this store is great and well stocked and very clean and organized.

Best experience I've ever had at this Macy's. I went in yesterday looking to buy a nice watch. There were a ton of options and it was difficult to not only make up my mind, but even know what I was looking at in the first place and where to begin. Then, in steps Karen. Karen is in charge of the fine jewelry department, and I can't say enough great things about her. She is absolutely amazing. She took the time to give me all of the pertinent info I was looking for, and explained everything in-depth and in a way that was easy to understand for a "non-jewelry expert." She walked through a multitude of options, and after spending some time doing this, I finally narrowed it down to two options. I was stuck on which one to pick, and Karen's professional insight and opinion helped me make the best choice. Karen was genuinely interested in helping me get what I needed, and she made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She was focused on me the entire time, and that is rare nowadays. She was attentive and answered every question that I asked, and never made me feel as if I was asking too much, even though I probably was at a certain point lol. Overall, this is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs. Make sure to ask for Karen. She is the best and, once again, I truly can't say enough great things about her. Thanks for everything Karen! I appreciate your help and insight throughout this purchasing process more than you know! I will definitely...

After visiting this location, I understand why department store shopping is dead. This store reminds me of a giant Kmart. It's run down and the employees all appear to be clinically depressed. I drove all the way to the store from Clearlake for a warranty claim on some pans. The Concord location was my store before I moved to wine country. No comparison between the locations. Concord has always gone to bat for me and my family over the years. We have had maybe 3-4 problems over the last 50 years. After driving all the way to this location, I'm told by the staff that I have to send my product directly to the manufacturer. I know I have that option, but wanted Macy's to go to bat for me and save me the return postage. Customer service is dead. Maybe the employees that work here are just going through the motions, awaiting the inevitable closure of this location too. My suggestion would be, save your money and time and trouble. Shop online at Amazon, or elsewhere. Maybe the online company you shop with will appreciate your business. Macy's clearly doesn't care to earn...
