I never do this and honestly after seeing the bad reviews for the exact reason I chose to leave this review, I decided I will go ahead and post this. So I walk in ready to shop, I’m on vacation and excited to do some vacation shopping. These old ladies were so incredibly rude I thought it warranted a review. I’ve worked in customer service for years. They didn’t greet me, I greeted them because they were staring rudely. And they didn’t even respond to me. I had a cup of water in my hand, granted I didn’t see the no food or drink sign but instead of being decent people who are polite, they ignored MY greeting and very rudely told me to get rid of my water. It’s 95 degrees in Florida, carrying water is not uncommon. I wouldn’t have minded to get rid of it if I was spoken to with respect. But these two old ladies drove me away in about 15 seconds. No problem, I’ll take my money else where. But warning to the business owners, looks like these old fogies are continuing to cause you problems. Prime location isn’t all it takes for success, you have to have a good team behind you and it looks like some bad apples are spoiling this...

A friend and our went out for a girls day of shopping and lunch. I have never bought anything in this store and after trying on several tops purchased one. I did some more shopping and found another top I another store that matched better with the outfit I was putting together. I went back to oh my gauze and wanted to return the top and said I had found one that I liked better. They promptly told me I could not return it. They do not take any returns. As there was a small sign above the checkout area on the wall. Who does not take returns. ??? It was not on sale and was expensive. Wouldn't have written this review if I hadn't had the same experience on two visits to this shop. I was looking to pair a sweater with some gauze pants. Went in and found the staff talking amongst themselves and complaining about various issues --- stock, customers, etc. I thought everyone was entitled to a bad day or perhaps they didn't notice I was in the store. I returned today to pick up a shirt to match the pants and it was the same issue. One of the staff was loudly complaining about customers. She went on about how awful customers are to the point that I was actually uncomfortable being in the shop. The person who helped me was fine, but it was such an unprofessional experience, I'd be hesitant to return for...
