We purchased sept 19 and took them back to our facility in Bluffton South Carolina. We called and decided that we did not want the inserts. In fact we sent them overnight back to the store September the 20th.
Unfortunately we realized that in comparing most places they actually take a mold of your foot or they put the specs of your foot into a computer and design the Orthotics specific to your foot.
I want to emphasize this was not the case in the store instead your foot was measured with the old traditional butcher foot in here so we can see what size you are and then we were told put this in your shoe see how it feels and if it didn't feel good they put a different one in. For two of us the price was over $2,100 and did not even include the insert that goes over the top of the orthotic in your shoe.
It says there's a guarantee on them and we don't need the guarantee because of the fact that we never use them we sent them back and yet when I called today he said he would have to talk to his manager about a refund. We never put these in our shoe and they were not custom-made for us so the orthotic can just go back on the Shelf where it came from so it's not like it has to be thrown away it was...
Read moreI’m personally not impressed with these insoles. I purchased mine a few months back and I regret it. There is no return policy, so I have to live with the fact that I have to make monthly payments on them because I worn them in my shoes. I highly suggest that you ask questions about pricing. I also didn’t realize that you could only purchase one pair of the insoles instead of the complete 3 part system. I also highly recommend that you purchase insoles where a mold of your feet is taken. One of the main problems that I have with this product is that they only fit in the shoes that I purchased from Good Feet. The shoes purchased at Good Feet also make my foot look like a big boat. The insoles do not fit well in any of my currently owned shoes, meaning I would have to purchase more shoes. The inserts are way too thick when placed inside your shoes, making your shoe extremely tight or your foot pop out of your shoe. I wish I did enjoy them like the other customer reviews, but I don’t! Please do your research or you’ll end up with a...
Read moreI am a type II diabetic and over the years my feet have started to hurt. I also work on a hard concrete surface and stand on ladders for 8-10 hours a day. I also had lower back pain increasing. I needed to find something to relieve the pain. I made an appointment and went into the store. I was greated with a pleasant smile and she put me at ease after the first couple minutes by answering some of my upfront questions. Then we started process. She walked me through everything we needed to do in a timely manner. It takes time to do the different steps but well worth it. I was fitted with excellent combination and walked out of the store with no pain and a positive outlook on being able to last long hours on my feet pain free. They have a 1 week followup and 1 month too. This is in the event you need an adjustment in your inserts. I highly recommend this store. The inserts are a bit high but well worth the price to be pain free and walk properly for the rest of your life. Dave...
