Sh¡tty store! I bought a dress in this store, didn’t try it on in the fitting room, came home when I started trying on the dress, it had a terrible smell of perfume, as if someone had worn it, I wouldn’t want to wear a dress with such a strong smell, and there was a stain inside, the same day I bought it , I called this store and told about this problem, they told me to bring it, we will exchange it for any other item or give you a credit card of our store. When I came the another day to return the dress, since on the same day I did not have time, they were already closing, they told me they would not accept this dress back, but agreed to exchange it for another similar dress, they put it in a bag for me, I also did not I tried it on, came home and saw that the threads were sticking out and a piece of fabric was sticking out like it was defective. the dress costs $70, it’s not worth the money, this store has poor quality clothes and pay attention that there is no dirt on the clothes from someone else because most likely they won’t believe you anything. I don't recommend this store to anyone. also this girl at the checkout who served me, she wanted to take the check from me and didn’t return it, the dress I paid for they...

Been comming here for YEARS And it’s like recently the customer service has gotten worse and worse. I use to walk in Akira and multiple people would ask what am I shopping for do I need a fitting room ect. I don’t get that anymore. I just went shopping for my birthday last week and not one person asked if i needed a fitting room I ended up getting one myself . Then a short girl ended up seeing that I was going back in the room a second time to try on items and she said “ oh your going back again.” I said yes I’m shopping for my birthday and not one person as has asked if I needed help or what am I shopping for. ! The girl looked at me said oh okay and walked off. The customer service sucks at the akira ar Woodfield Mall moral of the story and it sucks because this is my favorite store and I spend so much money here. but hopefully this review helps because I’ll definitely only shop where I feel...

When i tell you i knew to come here to find what i needed i was not disappointed at all. After going to the Orland Park location the difference between the two stores are astronomical. First off the location in Orland is too cluttered with the space they have. I get it all the clothes has to be on the sales floor. Yet you feel overwhelm if you not shopping for anything in particular. But what i LOVE about the Woodfield mall location is not only do they have a better layout and more room to walk around they have way MORE selections...clothes that you actually see on the website. I was very impressed by this. Lastly, the staff there was great. I really appreciated the fact they took time to find some other items that may interest me in the fitting room. KUDOS to Jen (one of the sales people) and the manager whom i did not get the name. I now have something to wear to for the concert i am going...
