I booked with you at your Old Town location for my sister’s bachelorette party and I was very disappointed. For starters, there was really no point in booking a time slot. I would have expected that we had someone with us during the experience to answer questions and things like that. Instead we had someone explain the process to us and then went back to caring for other customers. The selection of hats was also SUPER disappointing. My sister (the bride) and I were both looking to get trucker hats and there were maybe 5 colors to choose from and only about 3 or 4 of each of those hats which is all they had left in stock. Considering the business is a hat bar, I am surprised and was super disappointed. I was super excited for this and didn’t even end up getting a hat. My other sister did end up purchasing a trucker hat with patches on Thursday and by Friday afternoon one of the patches started to lift off the hat and is now almost completely off. She had emailed Rancher Har Bar and they weren’t super responsive. When she finally did get a response they said to bring it in and they will “see what they can do.” We did not have time to go back with all of the other planned activities so now my sister has to try to fix it herself. Awful Experience with Rancher Hat Bar – Avoid at All Costs!

I booked Rancher Hat Bar for my wedding, expecting a premium and personalized experience for my guests. What we got was completely unacceptable. They didn’t even bring enough hats for all the guests, despite us paying for the premium package. Even worse, they didn’t custom fit the hats as promised – instead, they used cheap adjustable spacer inserts, which was far from the high-end service they advertised.

They also failed to bring a steamer, so none of the hats were properly steamed or fitted. Their lack of professionalism was obvious from the start, and to top it off, their team was dressed inappropriately for a wedding, making the situation even more embarrassing.

Although they apologized at the wedding and promised to make it right afterward, they did absolutely nothing for us post-event. Not a single follow-up, no apology, nothing. It made them look even worse, and my wedding planner was furious with how they handled the situation.

Rancher Hat Bar turned out to be a massive disappointment and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a perfect day. I cannot recommend them to anyone, especially for a wedding or any...

I’m very disappointed in the service I received today at the Scottsdale Ave location today. I bought two guest with me to make hats as I always do when guest visits from out of town. We were purchasing four hats, 2 for me. I had two reps helping me with a pre made hat which had a set price and one $8 add on, once I got to checkout the rep charged me more for the hat and I explained to her the hat I purchased and she stated it was a online price, showed her the site and it did not state it was an online price and neither did the other two reps. The checkout rep and another rep argued with me for 20 minutes about $15. The other Reps were now gone and no manager in the building and they weren’t able to get a manager on the telephone. I left without the hat, will never return again. There other stores in the Scottsdale area were you can make hats. Customer service is very thing and $15 is nothing. Be careful who you hire to represent your business and how you allow customers/clients to be treated. I have 8 hats from the Rancher Hat Bar and created a TikTok representing them. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I SUPPORT A BUSINESS WITH DUCJ HORRIBLE...
