An AMAZING shopping experience during a recent Girls Trip! The variety of items at Kactus Jock was perfect - there was something for everyone and very unique! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. One in particular, Yolanda, was wearing a cute cactus necklace. When I inquired about it, she mentioned that they were sold out, but would take my contact info and reach out once the necklace was back in stock. Sure enough, she did and I now have my beautiful necklace that will always remind me of my special time in Scottsdale! WONDERFUL SHIPPING AND HOSPITALITY. I can't believe it! I found wonderful pottery and only had a carry on bag to return to the cold Midwest. I left all my pottery with the lady at the front desk and wondered if it would arrive and the condition it would arrive in. I got back to Milwaukee Saturday evening. My package arrived Tuesday morning. Not only was everything in tip-top shape, it was obviously wrapped and packed with a ton of concern. A note about the artist was in each piece of pottery. I’m in Arizona this week for an engineering conference I’m from San Francisco, yesterday 4-28-22. I arrived to this old Spanish town location and as I approached the store entrance at 4:42 pm exactly, a short blonde lady zoomed out of the store and flipped the open/closed sign to closed and gave me the dirtiest look, she rudely told me they were closed then shut the store entrance door behind her.
