BEWARE ANYONE THINKING OF USING VIVA THERAPIES!!!!! This is my 3rd visit to Viva Therapy and they have always been a great and convenient location. However, I needed to get a rapid covid test to return to work after feeling a little sick over the weekend. I decided to take a CVS lab test the day before, but I needed results a little faster than 48 hours so decided to use Viva Therapy again. I paid $150.00 for the 15 minute rapid which took almost 1.5 hours to receive (don’t pay for a rapid here at all if your in a hurry). Then nearly 2 hours later I got my test results saying negative. However, feeling how I felt yesterday, sweating, with a headache, and just feeling super out of it. I thought to myself no way am I going to go to my place of business with over 200 people feeling like this, at the very least I’m waiting for my CVS lab test. Then it was received that same night Positive Covid test. I then sent a screen shot of the test to Viva and they said basically sorry, but not sorry. I told them well for starters I paid for a rapid and didn’t receive anywhere near the time promised within 15 minutes, and 2 whoever looked at the results or did the test completely jacked it up which if I was in such a hurry to go to a place with a populated setting many people would have also got covid only because someone in the lab was either being lazy or didn’t identify the correct specimen in the test. I asked the owner politely the first 2 times through email to please refund the $150.00 for a faulty test and highly inaccurate as well in addition to the timing. They fought back and said they will only refund $20 for the rapid results taking longer than expected and that the cost of materials to do the test isn’t free. Not sure where the employee or owner thought I was trying to get a free test, no I want an accurate test and your lucky I didn’t actual go to a populated area with this faulty test. Even my friends and family said I don’t know you shouldn’t trust that test your pretty sick to be honest......6 hours later that same day I have a clear positive Covid test from a reliable facility at CVS. Sorry I tried to help the local businesses and give you my business the first 2 times. poor customer service and terrible way to handle a repeat client....
Read moreWorst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time, the boss THE BOSS even told the two girls I talked to on the phone (April, and I can’t remember the other girl I spoke to) to just cancel my membership so he didn’t have to talk to me over the phone. I called trying to understand two back to back $50 fees showing on my bank account and she did explain the payments to me that had gone out so I was okay w that and had been very nice, I had then tried to cancel my membership and she had told me at the sign up that it was a three month contract before I wouldn’t have to pay the cancel fee. Instead they were extremely rude and argumentative w me saying that I signed a 6 month contract etc. over and over again kept interrupting me saying “well you signed a contract” I couldn’t even get a word out before she would clap back w a sassy rude remark. I am typically not one to leave a review EVER and I am so disappointed in how this has been handled along w how the boss is choosing to handle this. I asked if the boss could call me before I canceled my membership because after hearing about the 6 month and larger cancellation fee I DID NOT want to cancel my member ship, instead I was just going to talk to the boss about how his front desk was handling situations like this with his customers. Instead of calling me and reaching out to speak w me he just chooses to cancel and terminate the contract and membership in an unauthorized transaction. With that being said, even if they do fix this issue I do not feel comfortable going to a place where they are supposed to be IV and injection THERAPY because of how these girls act and treat others, it’s simply SCARY that they’re allowing these people to do the services they do there and treat customers this way I would not be comfortable after those conversations to have the services done ever again at this place by them. Not OKAY to treat anyone let alone a customer in this way at all ever.
What could have just been a misunderstanding and w some kind explanation has elevated into getting treated terribly and being made to feel extremely uncomfortable and feeling like I’d never want to step foot into such a toxic work place where it’s supposed to be calm...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Viva IV Therapy, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Mackenzie and Lacey greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. Their level of attentiveness and friendliness was truly remarkable.
The establishment itself was immaculately clean and exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The ambiance was soothing, and I immediately felt at ease as soon as I walked through the doors.
Mackenzie and Lacey were incredibly knowledgeable about the IV therapy treatments they offered, and they took the time to explain the process to me in detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session and checked in on me regularly to ensure that I was feeling okay.
I left Viva IV Therapy feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, thanks to the wonderful experience provided by Mackenzie and Lacey. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for top-notch IV therapy treatments in a welcoming and professional environment.
