I am sooooo happy to have found this awesome group of gals. Steffani, Gretchen, Naomi & most of all Kat have ALL been spectacular!! They explain everything & when I had a worry medically they waited til I saw my Dr to continue my contract which was definitely worth a mention! So much more concern for my wellbeing than the “business” it felt so A++ there as well. I can’t say enough great things. The rooms cute & small, just perfect for treatments & always clean. I know some like to know about that. I genuinely look forward to each week & my appts, & most importantly I’m noticing a difference in my body. Drinking lots of water is also key & I am not wasting a moment of all this so I’m eating healthier than ever and in a way that’s sustainable. Which as we all know is key so I really can’t wait til I look back on all my before & afters to see the results like other will too. Keep up the great...

Cryo therapy at contour spa has been such a wonderful experience for me! First of all the women (Gretchen, Stephanie and Kat) are very professional and take the time to really know their clients needs and wants and explain how to get them! They truly care about your experience and results! I feel like part of the family! I have found it to be very therapeutic and takes away the inflammation from all the workouts and sports injuries I've had. But most amazing is how it has so significantly lessened my stretch marks already! i am amazed! My core area has slimmed down tremendously as well! I bought a 18 package at Contour spa. Also, I bought a package of facials for my husband. Let me just say. From Stafani to Kat to Gretchen we have been well taken care of. I had some real trouble stops on my hips, and I see a significant difference in what cryo is doing. These ladies really take care and work hard so I could see with my own eyes the change in my body. As for my husbands facial, his neck looks so good I bought a package to do my face and neck as well. Highly recommend Contour Spa and the care these ladies...
