I wanted to wait a few weeks after my service just to see how well my services held up. I love this place. I came in for an Acrylic fill and pedicure To my surprise everyone spoke English. The atmosphere was so inviting. Everyone was engaging in each others conversation. All the nail technicians were laughing and engaging. The music was nice and let’s talk about the nail service. My nails were beautiful they came out exactly how I wanted them too. The design looked like the picture that I showed them. They cleaned up my cuticles with the nail service. They recommended coming in every 3 weeks which I usually come in every two weeks. But my nails looked really good at the two week mark so I will see them in three weeks. When I have gone to other places I never get what I asked for. I got the baby smooth pedicure because my feet were rough. When they say baby smooth OMG!!! My feet have never been this smooth!! I just moved to Arizona in April and I have been looking for my new nail shop. I went to this shop based REVIEWS ONLY. Ms. Cookie is nice, sweet, and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about nail products and the care of nails. I am a person that speak my mind AND VERY PARTICULAR WITH MY NAILS! When I am not happy with the results it will be known and she really did a great job on my nails. If she is running behind she will call or text you out of respect as everyone time is important. Mainly appointment based so please make a appointment. Don't expect to just walk in and be done in 30 mins..NO! She takes her time with your nails (hint why the appointment) while educating you about nail care as well. It's hard to find these type of nail technicians so as long as I reside in the state of Arizona COOKIE is my nail technician. I will drive a hour if I had to but thank God I live 5 mins away.
