Read moreI have tried different weight loss programs/diets and I think my review can compare many different programs/diets: First, AND for me most important, weight loss with Peter is relatively easy. Of course, this is not crazy fast. Realistically speaking, the extra weight has been gained over years and cannot be gone in week or two. So far, after two and half months, I have lost about 10 Kg (21 lb) which is great in my opinion.
Peter's trainings are designed very well. It puts enough pressure to help you build muscles and it is not too hard to make injuries. Peter has a plan for you and collect all of your exercise data every session. You will be weighted and measured periodically. So, you can track changes.
I had a pain on my neck because of weaknesses in my shoulder and back muscles, which are gone now. I had also a pain on my left knee. Due to both weight loss and leg exercises this one is almost gone as well.

I had trained with Peter back in 2014 while I was in my 20s and he helped me achieve very good results in just 2-3 months. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and above all, he is amazingly patient and pushes you outside of your comfort zone. Fast-forward to 2022, and 2 years post delivering my son, I am once again back to training with Peter. This is by far the best decision I have made and I am glad Peter agreed to take me on again :) He makes every session more challenging and interesting than the previous one. He keeps tabs on my nutrition and keeps me accountable. I am already seeing results in just a few weeks' time. He makes working out such a fun experience!
