I would not recommend this company. There are sites where you can find a personal trainer without mid man at much cheap price with great services.
My reason is the following:
1, I bought 4 sessions to give it a try as I was told that I could cancel after the first one. You would assume that you can cancel to get the refund for the remaining sessions after the first one, or second one. This was not true. They did not communicate this clearly and hide it in the waiver. 2, I scheduled the 4 sessions. Then the trainer got sick and the 3rd and 4th sessions were canceled. I understood the sickness. But this disrupted the result as the time between the first two and the remaining two became more than a week. 3, So I told them that I want to cancel the service and want a refund for the remaining two sessions. Then I learned the whole cancellation story. To make it fair to both sides, I told them to just refund me the amount you pay your trainers. This way, they keep their profit, and I got some back. They said No and kept using the agreement as reason. 4, This was not right given the circumstance as it was to due their trainer issue and the long delay between sessions. Throughout the communication, they never apologized for the inconvenience caused to me. And I do not understand why only the trainer amount refund is not possible. Many times, doing the right thing and creating a win-win situation are important. 5, So I suggest to not use mid-man as they drive up the cost. Find the person a trainers and work with...
