Maggi hakka Point Indian Food — Restaurant in Seattle

Absolutely terrible. I happened to walk past this place and went in because of the reviews. It was completely empty with three people employees present. I ordered a few starters and they took over 35 minutes when they initially said it could take upto 5-7 minutes. They actually ran out to buy the bread, because I guess the restaurant ran out of bread? Meanwhile, I didn’t see a single delivery driver pickup any orders IF the three employees were preparing other orders, so I’m clueless as to what they were doing because the tables were ALL unclean. The bins were overflowing. It smelled really bad and the seats were absolutely gross. They constantly played loud DEPRESSING Indian music the whole time, I don’t even speak Hindi but, my god, I felt depressed. I ordered as soon as I entered and paid around $35 for 2 starters and 2 drinks, I did not pay attention to all the details until I was stuck there for 35 minutes. I eventually ended up taking it to go and the food was AWFUL. Why is this place...

I had to give this rating due to poor customer service. This is a first-come, first served from what I was shown when I walked in. A friend and I sat near the middle of the space looking toward where the chefs were cooking. About 10 mins in ( before we ordered our food*) the waitress comes over and said they had 7 people on there way. These people were no where in site and we were moved. They moved us near the door; It was either right by the door or a table near the host stand.

Since their space is so small it seems they set up a makeshift space for the employees. They had food( looked like someone was eating) on a open shelf that had random things on it. While seated an employees phone was ringing at least two times.

My friend and I noticed no large group come in. And within 10 minutes they sat down 2 more individuals where they moved us from. They did give a free app. But based on the wait time for our food to serve and overall customer service I would say I was...

I wish I could give them 0 star or even negative. First of all price is super high compared to their both food quality and quantity. Secondly the restaurant was very dirty and literally there was 2 garbage bag beside our sit. They don't have any baby chair as well. Our first order was munchuruan chicken Maggie. There were only 5 piece chicken and the taste was just below average. Our next order was Dahi Puri. Literally there were only dahi inside the puri. Seriously this is called dahi puri??? There were no chick pea, potato or nothing. And finally the tiramisu was 8 dollar and it was only a small piece and they bought it from Safeway or QFC and it was non fresh. The waiter and cashier both were very rude. They don't have Irani chai but still they took our order and money and after a while they said they don't have Irani chai and were offering us hot coffee which was also low graded.
