I have been searching for a compatible hair stylist for 5 years, and thank goodness I tried Salon QE for the first time, and scheduled with Erica Garza, the salon’s Color Specialist. First impressions are important, and Salon QE delivers 5-star service with friendliness, professionalism, and stylists who have years upon years of pro hair experience. Erica’s 25+ years “behind the chair” and her color specialist skills are evident in the consultation. I felt at ease and in good hands as she explained what she would be doing and how she communicated with me throughout. The extras of sparkling conversation and literally the best shampoo and head massage experience of my life left me feeling relaxed and grateful. Best of all, the highlights and haircut are gorgeous! I had amazing experiences with Erica and Zdenka. I initially scheduled a consultation with Erica because I wanted highlights but I wasn't sure about the specifics. I brought some reference pictures and gave an incredibly descriptive, well-worded, and not at all contradictory request for something subtle but still noticeable. Thankfully, Erica understood my intentions perfectly, and she did an absolutely stunning job! The color is very subtle at some angles but glows gorgeously under the light, and I really love it.

I also wanted to get my bangs trimmed, and Zdenka very graciously accepted my last minute request. She was extremely attentive and gave me the exact cut I wanted.

My stylist moved to this salon from another nearby. Salon QE is such a nice change. It's relaxing. Other salon had booming dance music. If you're there for a 3 hour visit, that gets old really fast. Salon QE is much quieter, its equipment looks newer and the staff is very friendly. I would follow my stylist Zdenka anywhere, but I'm glad she is now at Salon QE. Zdenka is a master of color and cut and always makes me feel beautiful after an appointment. She really cares about your satisfaction, and there has never been a time when I was unhappy. I love her. Plus she is a nice person whom I enjoy chatting with. Also I want add that the salon is very conscientious about sanitizing, temperature taking, social distancing and wearing masks since I'm writing this as we're still struggling to recover...
