Belltown Court Condominium — Local services in Seattle

I work cleaning Airbnb units in this building. I'm not sure about any of the condo association rules regulations. They do keep the building very clean, you will never find anybody's trash sitting outside their door is pretty uniform. They do have a pool and a nice workout area. There's entrances on 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue and they do have concierge that are there through the day and through the night. From my understanding a third of the units are rentals a third are owned and a third are Airbnb but don't quote me on this. Also they have a garage parking and they're very strict about making sure that you are in and out before the door closes so other people cannot follow you in and they do watch the camera and if you don't abide by these rules you do get a fine this also goes for allowing people in and out of the building not allowing people to come in and follow you in they have to have their own key in order to get into...

Very cute color designs and the building was pretty quiet during our stay we didnt have any issues with loud guests or residents. Location was super close to so many big destinations and amazing restaurants, super close to the space needle and pike place market. Very secure location and super helpful staff, i left my pretty pricey theraputic pillow and the unit staff valerie was so amazing, her and her manager were able to ship it back to me since we didnt realize until we were almost 3 hours away! She was very very friendly and was super easy to contact about any concerns during my stay and was quick to reply with anything she could help with!Great for the price and the master bed and pull out bed were super comfortable too! Im definitely going to see about staying her again the next...

This place is lit.

The waterfront views are decent if you live anywhere above the fifth floor on the 1st Ave side, else be prepared for a front row seat to 2nd Ave road rage.

The parking garage is clumsy and tight. It seems like half the cars parked here don't move at all, especially the silver Mitsubishi with the park bench on its trunk! There have been numerous break-ins despite management's poor attempt at security.

Rent is also insanely high, unless you have a hookup like my neighbor on the 6th floor. (He's cool, but never says much and always seems to be in a rush when he goes somewhere).
