Left with fingers bleeding from the most expensive acrylic fill I've ever had. My friend and i both were bleeding which the lady just kinda chuckled about and said she "buffed them". It's the next day and both of our cuticles still hurt really bad, and i have open sores on multiple fingers. I don't think the lady knows how to use the electric filer properly, it felt different and more painful/rough than any other place I've been. My friend and i both got fills but somehow our fingers/under our fingernails were covered in some type of glue or something? I'm not sure what it was, I've never had that even when getting a new set.. when my friend asked the lady if she could clean out the underside of the nail she just said that she had already even though there was clearly tons of residue/glue. My cuticles looked extremely rough and dry but wasn't offered/given any cuticle oil or anything. The actual nail polish looks good but i would never go back here or tell...

I hate to leave a bad review, but this manicure was really disappointing.

First off, the fumes walking in were overwhelming. I've never been in a salon with such poor ventilation.

The nail filing was done very quickly and uncomfortably, then I was transferred to the pedicure station for the rest of my manicure, where one of the technicians did it standing up.

I could tell it wasn't going well because she kept using her nail to scrape my nail near the cuticle after applying the coats.

This looks really bad and I'll have to remove it. Hands also looking red now, maybe from the alcohol they sprayed on them.

Positives: The staff is really friendly and nice. They opened a door when I mentioned the intense smell, and one of the ladies was also offering everyone water bottles. I feel bad leaving this review because they were so nice, but it was a...

.Never cried in a nail salon before today. They RIPPED off my natural nails. Ripped. They were long and strong with a dip manicure on them. And they ripped them off! When I asked why they said they were already peeling and loose. If that was the case it wouldn't have ripped off my nails! Then they tried to just paint over them. All different lengths. So. I cried. It seemed like she felt bad and they put tips on. And charged me for them. I am flabbergasted. Then they didn't listen to what I wanted, putting the wrong color on all the nails. Completely blotting out the first color. And then she starts sanding it down and it starts coming off in patches! And she wants to leave it that way! I make her sand all of the second color off. Then they rush job my toe paint. I'm so sad and angry. And they want me to tell them good job! Total...
