Alice and Fadil, the instructors at Shred415, are nothing short of amazing. Their passion for fitness, sense of humor, and dedication to helping their clients achieve their goals is truly inspiring. From the moment I walked into their classes, I knew I was in for an incredible workout experience.
Alice's energy and enthusiasm are contagious. She creates an electric atmosphere in the studio, pushing everyone to give their all. Her ability to motivate and encourage is second to none. Alice's workouts are always diverse, well-structured, and designed to target every muscle group. She pushes you to your limits and beyond, helping you break through barriers you never thought possible. Fadil's expertise and knowledge of fitness are truly impressive. His classes are a perfect blend of intensity, variety, and fun. The owners (Fadil and Alice) and the incredible trainers (Alicia, Ashley, Shelby in the mornings) know how to build a personal relationship with all members. More importantly, they are extremely thoughtful of where every member is in their fitness journey and find ways to push everyone the right amounts. For someone who is getting started with fitness, this has been great.
When it comes Covid safety, I am amazed at how mindful they are. The obvious things of temperature check, masks, social distancing are all covered. But most impressively, after every class - Fadil (owner) personally sanitizes all equipment! In addition to periodic deep cleans throughout the day!
The workouts are 45 minutes, 4 sets, half on treadmill, half on floor (weights, body weight etc.). You can do only floor if you want. I feel like class goes by pretty quickly and ends with a brief stretch. Overall a good workout and easy to dial your efforts up or down based on how you are feeling.

I was a bit nervous trying out a new studio, but those feelings immediately went away when I walked in and was greeted by the staff. They were very warm and friendly, and instantly made me feel welcome. The instructor did a great job of explaining the program, which made me feel confident in the class despite it being my first one. The workout itself was definitely challenging, but the pump-up music, energizing atmosphere, and encouraging instructor pushed me to do my best. I left feeling great, and a year later I am still taking classes regularly. I cannot thank Shred415 enough for helping me achieve my fitness goals and for providing me with a safe, inclusive environment to do them in.
