Convention Center Lux Suites by Barsala — Hotel in Seattle

Everything was clean and functioning properly. The check-in and check-out were pleasantly and surprisingly smooth. The location is also in a great area of Portland as well. Thankfully I never had to reach out to customer service but I appreciate how much the team kept constant contact with me It was extremely easy. We had to drive to Portland from Los Angeles last minute so it was very pleasing that the check-in process was so easy after a 16 hour trip. The condo was spotless and all the amenities were in a very convenient location. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that were dirtier. The supplies were absolutely perfect. I especially appreciated the coffee, sugar and cream provided. Saved me a trip to the grocery store. Can't wait to stay here or other Barsala...

Easy and detailed check-in, good location, washer/dryer included. No brush or broom and dustpan to clean during stay, especially since there are no barbers open during the covid-19 quarantine. Plus, what if I accidentally broke a glass or plate? Missing oven mitt, had to improvise on taking out pizza from the oven. Everything was clean, minus some of the silverware. Email contained everything necessary to check in, including info about the area and discounts. Point of contact was kind and helpful, allowing me to check in early because i had refrigerated items.

Will use Barsala again, and recommend...

The apartment was beautiful. The finishes were luxurious. It was centrally located and close to everything we wanted to do. The ease of check in was great. I was shocked that there was someone on hand to text questions to. It was super helpful and the thing I bragged the most about. It was super easy to check in. I prefer self check so that experience was perfect. The counters were sparkling. Everything was nice and clean. I always book accommodations with a washer but usually have to buy my own soap.
