I don't believe that this business is capable of proffering anyone their "worst haircut of their life." Michael was very thoughtful after I came in with no clear idea of what I wanted to do with my hair. He quickly gave me a few options, began cutting, and swiveled the chair towards the mirror every now and then to show me his progress. I'm only mentioning this because if you somehow came away unimpressed with your cut, that's on you, buddy. Michael offered me the opportunity to change course every step of the way, but he didn't need to since I came away satisfied with the haircut and his styling on the first try. He even sculpted my beard free of charge! Tell the barber exactly what you want, look at yourself in the mirror, communicate clearly throughout, tip well, and don't be vindictive. The most inept and rude barber I have ever met. Despite telling right at the beginning to not cut the hair too short, he cut it too short. Upon asking it doesn’t feel right, he mocked me by saying have I ever had a haircut before. When I complained again, he asked me to leave in the middle of the haircut.
