Blue Water Taco Grill — Restaurant in Seattle

Ordered online with something called Ritual. Showed up to pick up order and they never even heard of the service and did not have my order and did not offer to start it. Huge line to order.

On their front door they have a Ritual sticker advertising the service I used. They advertise an online ordering service they've never even heard of! Come on!

After the guy behind the register shrugged and hmmmed at me for 20 minutes without starting the order I left without food and now I need to get a refund from the service. I don't think there's anything wrong with the service, I just think the staff is technologically incompetent. Beware when ordering.

Would love to rate the food but I never got any and just wasted my time! Don't waste yours, order somewhere else. Staff probably can't even open a PDF let alone take orders online.

I would have been fine with just paying for a new order and waiting but they were too busy running around aimlessly to bother figuring out...

Blue Water Taco Grill is a family run taco shop on lower Queen Anne hill that makes familiar Mexican fare. Walk in and get in line to select your menu item [usually a burrito for me but lots of interesting choices including specials] and watch as they cook your protein and assemble your meal right before you, allowing you multiple choices and control of everything that goes in to your custom made lunch. The highlight of the experience for me is choosing from their selection of 5 or 6 house made salsas in varying levels of heat which they advise you of on their signage, guiding you to just the right ⁰ for you. Next, grab an ice cold horchata and a cookie and slide down to the always smiling, welcoming and friendly cashier.

After grabbing any needed cutlery and more than one napkin, choose from a booth, or on nicer days head out the back door to a charming little patio. Consistent experience, you are not likely to leave...

Ordered the ground beef street tacos plate. I ordered online through the website. They only give you a pay in store option. Wait time was 45 min. Showed up after 45 min just to be told my order hadn’t even been made yet. I was told “we don’t make it until the person shows up because people don’t come to pick up their order”. They should state that on the website or give an option to pay online (not through third party apps). Waited an additional 10 min for the order to be done. There was only one other person in the restaurant. Food was mediocre and tasted like it had been on a heated tray for a while. In the special instructions part I had put “no cheese no sour cream” because of a dietary/mild allergy issue. When I got half way through eating my taco I noticed it had cheese in it… overall not happy with any of it and this was...
