Oh boy ! I visited the salon and got a pedicure it was great service the first time .........On a Friday afternoon :) I was happy to even think this could be my new place in Seattle close to work...Oh nooo wait a minute i come by on Saturday afternoon i do understand that it Saturday and is a busy weekend.I asked to have my "Nail polish change " the lady yelling from across the nail salon. "TO RETURN IN 1/2 AND HOUR ",I said OK I will be back. I grab a bite to eat I come back like an idiot thinking i will be changing my nail color. The same lady was at the counter very rudely and STILL yelling at me asked me "WHAT DO YOU WANT "?? ?I mention to her that she had asked me to returned. she looked at me and scream back you need to COME BACK IN AN HOUR I mention to her that she asked me to be back 1/2 hour .Turns around and still yelling voice come back in an hour. WHO DOES THAT ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE HAVING SOMETHING SMALL DONE IT DOESN'T MEAN PEOPLE DON'T RETURN TO MAKE A BIGGER PURCHASE !!!! DO YOU HEAR ME LADY.........BUT I GUESS THIS WILL TEACH ME A LESSON ON NEW SALONS..... STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW............... Conflicted. First experience of a fresh dip with tips was stellar. Second visit, I got someone else and communication was very difficult so I used picture examples to convey every step.

I asked for a dip removal with either shellac (if my nails had grown out enough) or new dip/tips put on. I got acrylic, which I don’t like. It was done well, but not what I asked for. I showed an example of round edges when asked what shape. I got square. Again, I showed a picture. This time of French tips polish. The base neutral polish was applied. No white tips, and I was quickly ushered out because another customer had been waiting for awhile. The process took 2.5 hours. I had to move my car mid service to avoid a ticket. Not sure if...

I went here for a manicure and pedicure. I wasn’t helped for a long time. I was left without attendance and the water for my pedicure almost overflowed. Periodically she kept getting up and leaving during the pedicure. Then when she started my maicure the nail polish was old and had no pigment but she proceeded to use it anyway, after the first coat she put another polish over top (when she should have started over) Then when I was leaving she threw my lunch that was in a bag next to me away.
